Refund policy
At SWEET OPALS we strive you have a pleasant transaction and you're satisfied with your purchase, so lets go through the Refunds policy in case youre not that happy.
HOW DOES THIS WORK ?
*From the moment you receive your opals there is a 7 day inspection period
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*To start a return, you need to contact us at sales@sweetopal.com
DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, sens us pictures so this way we can evaluate the issue.
REFUNDS:
*We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
*Any refund will be issued through the original payment method.
*Keep in mind every Financial entity has different times t process refunds
